Centrotavola di ghiaccio!

Ho aspettato il caldo mese di maggio per mostrarvi questo post perchè possiate sfruttarlo al meglio, ma in ordine di preferenza rimane il mio primo in assoluto. Questo centrotavola è davvero di grande effetto e nello stesso tempo è semplicissimo da realizzare!

I waited the hot month of May to show you this post so you can use it when you'll make it, but in order of preference remains my absolute favorite one. This centerpiece is really impressiveand at the same time is easy to create!

Occorrente / Necessary:

• contenitore di plastica / plastic container
• fiori e foglie veri / flowers and leaves
• acqua / water
• candela / candle

Inserire nel contenitore di plastica due dita di acqua da congelare poi in freezer, così da creare la base del nostro centro tavola.

Put inside plastic container two inches of water, then freeze in freezer, thus creating the basis for our centerpieces.

Dopo qualche ora, quando l'acqua sarà completamente congelata, cominciare a creare il primo strato di decorazioni: io ho utilizzato del rosmarino, l'ho posizionato sullo strato di ghiaccio ottenuto, l'ho coperto con acqua e l'ho messo nuovamente a congelare.

After a few hours, when the water is completely frozen, we begin to create the first layer of decorations: I used the rosemary, I got placed it on ice, I covered it with water and put it to freeze again.

Questi passaggi sono importanti perchè come potete notare dalle immagini soltanto in questo modo possiamo creare dei veri e propri strati definiti di fiori e foglie.

These steps are important because as you can see in the pictures only in this way we can create some real defined layers of flowers and leaves. 

A questo punto ho inserito all'interno del mio contenitore un piccolo stampino di plastica che ho a sua volta riempito con alcuni sassi per renderlo il più pesante possibile; così quando andrò ad inserire il prossimo strato di acqua questo resterà fermo a creare un cilindro interno al ghiaccio che accoglierà la candela!

At this time I put in my box a small plastic stencil that I in turn filled with some rocks to make it as heavy as possible, so when I'll  put the next layer of water it will remain stationary to create an inner cylinder into the ice which will hold the candle!
